Our chapter hosted the 19th Triennial Conference of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS), at the brand new Melbourne Convention Centre, July 10-15, 2011. As you can imagine, this was a major project, so we were ... very busy! We are always looking for new members, so ... if you are not a member of this chapter, join us! We are especially in a permanent need for student members (free membership). We plan to have an exciting Monthly Lecture Program this year!
